A 30,000 SF fast-track interior build out of a new headquarters on behalf of Munich Reinsurance America for their specialty insurance division, MRSI, in center city Philadelphia. The project was planned, designed and bid over eight weeks overlapping a construction completion timeframe of twelve weeks including specification. purchase and installation of all FFE. In addition to RFPs and selection of design consultants and GCs for planning and construction, the project management included direct contracts with additional external Munich vendors, as well as Munich RE in-house AV, MEP Technical, Telecom, Food & Beverage Supply, IT and Security service departments. The multi-million dollar project was completed at fifty-thousand dollars below budget.
